Süleyman BOŞÇA

Managing Partner

Süleyman BOŞÇA is the Founding and Managing Partner of BOSCA Law Office. He graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Law in 2001 and was admitted to the Ankara Bar Association in 2002. He completed his Master’s degree in Private Law at Ankara University Faculty of Law. He is currently pursuing his PhD at Ankara Hacı Bayram Veli University Faculty of Law, with a dissertation focusing on “Energy Performance Contracts.”

In 2005, he successfully completed the Energy Law Certificate Program organized by the Banking and Commercial Law Research Institute.

He has lectured in the field of energy law and has presented papers at numerous national and international conferences and symposiums.

Actively involved in various non-governmental organizations, Süleyman BOŞÇA currently serves as President of the Energy Law Research Institute, President of the Energy Disputes Arbitration Center (EDAC), President of the Energy Disputes Mediation Center, Member of the Executive Board of the DEİK Turkey–Libya Business Council, Chairman of the Disciplinary Board of the Turkish Rugby Federation, and is a member of both the World Energy Council Turkish National Committee and the Italian Chamber of Commerce and Industry Association.

He has extensive experience primarily in energy law, as well as personal data protection law, commercial and corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, project finance, sports law, public procurement law and contracts, and intellectual property law.
