Attorney-at-Law, Mediator, Prof. Dr. İbrahim ERMENEK is a Partner Attorney at BOSCA Law Office. He is a faculty member in the Department of Civil Procedure Law at Ankara University Faculty of Law.

İbrahim ERMENEK completed his master’s thesis on “Acceptance of the Claim and Admissions Made Before the Court” and his doctoral dissertation on “Postponement of Bankruptcy.” He conducted academic research on “Consolidation and Severance of Lawsuits” at Justus Liebig University (Germany) and the University of Houston (USA), and on “Postponement of Bankruptcy” at Augsburg University (Germany).

His academic articles have been published in leading legal journals, including:

  • Since 2020, he has been practicing as a registered mediator listed with the Mediation Department of the Ministry of Justice.

He has extensive experience in civil procedure law, enforcement and bankruptcy law, energy law, consumer law, intellectual property law, commercial and corporate law.
