Doç. Dr. İbrahim ERMENEK is a partner at BOSCA Law Office. He is also currently the lecturer at the Law of Civil Procedure Department at Ankara University Faculty of Law.
He completed his Master’s Degree on the “Acceptance of Cases, Acceptances Before the Court” and his PhD on “Postponement of Bankruptcy”. He has carried out researches on “Joinder and Severance of Actions” at Justus Liebig University (Germany) and University of Houston (USA) and on “Postponement of Bankruptcy” at Augsburg University (Germany).

Dr. Ermenek’s areas of practice and specialisation include civil procedure law, debt enforcement and bankruptcy law, energy law, consumer law, intellectual property law and commercial and company law.
