Dr. İsmail ERBAY is a partner at BOSCA Law Office. He was registered to Ankara Bar Association in 1997. He is also a registered lawyer of the Düsseldorf Bar Association. He worked as a Research Assistant at Ankara University Faculty of Law between 1991 and 2002. He had training on Management, and Custodian and Trustee Management at Berlin Steinbeis-Hochschule between 2010 and 2014. He is also a European Patent Attorney and Turkish Patent Attorney, registered to European Patent Institute in Munich, Germany. Dr. Erbay received a Consumer Bankruptcy Specialist Certificate from the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Saarland, Germany. Further, he received the Custodian and Trustee Management Certificate in Germany as well.
He completed his Master’s degree on “Seller’s Liability as Guarantor in Sales Law” and his PhD on “Know-How Agreement”. His paper “Evaluation of the clause of Abolition of the Custody in Turkish Civil Law within the scope of Convention on Human Rights (Turkish Civil Code Article 348)” was published in the Inonu University Faculty of Law Magazine and his paper “Prohibitory Injunction of the Works Council in Social Affairs” was published in the Ankara University Faculty of Law Magazine.
Dr. Erbay also serves as a Child Advocate Attorney and Child Seclusion Custodian at German Family Courts.
His areas of practice and specialisation include sales contracts, work and labor contracts, intellectual property, civil law, obligations law, commercial and corporate law and labor law.
